At Sorrel Sustainability, sisters Imogen and Freyja Davis unite a shared belief: that hospitality can be both creative and regenerative — nourishing people, communities, and the planet.
Their journey from restaurant kitchens and wild landscapes to the heart of sustainability consultancy began with a simple idea — to fix the food chain. Today, Sorrel helps educate hospitality and food businesses of all sizes to reduce waste, reconnect with nature, and design systems that work in harmony with the environment. Combining their wild food expertise, regenerative farming knowledge, and strategic insight, Sorrel supports chefs, restaurants, and producers to cut waste, source ethically, and design truly sustainable menus and supply chains.
